Wisor, Phone (703)604-1920 The Naval Air Systems Command intends to contract with Rockwell International, Communications Systems Division, Richardson, Texas, to procure updates to the E-6 Technical Manuals utilizing existing contract N00019-93-C-0136 for the High Power Transmit Set. Rockwell International is the only responsible source with the required knowledge, experience and technical data capable of providing the updates in a timely and effective manner.
