Z -- RELOCATE LIGHTS AND POLES AT GATE 1 SOL DAKF23-95-B-0067 DUE 081195 POC Contract Specialist Debbie Rapp (502) 798-7826 (Site Code DAKF23) Remove existing light pole, secondary (aerial) lines, service entrance, etc. at guard house, complete and disconnect existing wiring/lines/ circuits etc all. Construct a new concrete foundation on the road. Remove and reinstall the existing guard house upon the new foundation slab with anchor bolts. Replace main distribution panel inside guard house and reconnect all existing circuits to he new panel. Repair or rework on wiring/conduit lines, light fittings, switches, if required. Install new underground lines, new pole riser in galvanized rigid steel, new aluminum poles, new underground branch circuit lines, new underground ground stations and underground telephone lines. Excavate, backfill, and finish concrete pavement or sod ground. The period of performance is 45 calendar days. Forth coming contract will be firm-fixed price. The estimated range for this project is $25,000 to $100,000. This acquisition is issued pursuant to the ''Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988'' and subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Therefore, this solicitation is Unrestricted. For the purpose of determining Small Business size, SIC 1623, for this acquisition, the average annual receipts of a concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $17 million. This project is subject to the availability of funds.
