SST Toilet Supply and Delivery, Coconino National Forest, Flagstaff, Arizona. The Coconino National Forest desires to purchase three toilet-and-vault kits to be delivered to the Long Valley Ranger District, approximately 45 miles south of Flagstaff, Arizona. Two toilets will be prefabricated wooden buildings with T-111 siding.One building will be dry-stacked, split-faced block. The two prefabricated wooden buildings shall have two rooms with one toilet riser in each room. The dry-stacked block building shall have one room with one toilet riser. The building kits shall be completed and ready to install. All three toilets buildings shall be designed to meet the latest Americans with Diabilities Act requirements, including a full 5-foot-diameter turning circle inside the building. One cross-linked polyethylene vault shall be supplied with each riser. Vaults shall be 750 gallons (minimum). Issue date is June 22, 1995. Bid opening date is July 21, 1995, 2:00 p.m. local time.
