Work involves converting an estimated 20,000 sheets of construction drawings and maps of various conditions and media (sepia, mylar, colored pencil, etc.) to digital format by scanning; inputting data from each sheet scanned into a drawing management system database; installing, configuring and testing the system on Government-furnished personal computers; and providing training and documentation. Drawing management system shall have a native Microstation Design Language (MDL) interface which operates within Microstation on all Microstation platforms. System shall be Microsoft Windows NT compatible. Three years minimum experience is required. Period of performance is one (1) year with 2 prepriced option periods.
