Philadelphia intends to procure under other than full and open competition, sole source to Tandem Computers Inc., 10700 Parkridge Blvd., Suite 500, Reston, VA 22091-5429, the upgrade of Tandem TXP computer systems to the Tandem Cyclone/R computer system, including hardware, software, and maintenance services under a Lease With Option to Purchase (LOWP) with a one year base period and four (4) - one year options. These systems are for the Naval Aviation Depots (NADEPS), Norfolk, VA, Jacksonville, FL, Pensacola, FL, Alameda, CA, San Diego, CA, and Cherry Point, NC.
