The Marine Corps Air Station at El Toro and Tustin is seeking a contractor to provide all supervision, labor, services, supplies, tools, materials, equipment, parts and transportation and management necessary to perform scheduled equipment inspections, preventive maintenance services, and unscheduled emergency and routine repair service calls to assure the effective and continuous operation of the heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. The preventive maintenance and repair services shall include but not be limited to: all equipment items, associated components, supply and return piping/plumbing, pumps, fire dampers, thermostats, etc. that comprise the HVAC systems in their entirety. This is a combination firm-fixed indefinite quantity contract. The minimum guarantee of work is the fixed-price portion of the contract. The maximum dollar value of the contract is the total dollar value of the fixed-price and indefinite quantity items.
