The Marine Corps Air Station at El Toro and Tustin is seeking a contractor to provide all supervision, labor, supplies, tools, materials, equipment, transportation and management necessary to accomplish collection and disposal of refuse, garbage, rubble and debris as specified herein. Also the Contractor shall provide complete maintenance and repair of all Government-furnished containers and Contractor-furnished containers. The Contractor shall provide planning, reporting and administrative services necessary for the complete management and operation of this contract. The Contractor shall comply with all federal, state and local laws, regulations, codes and directives. This is a combination firm-fixed indefinite quantity contract. The minimum guarantee of work is the fixed-price portion of the contract. The maximum dollar value of the contract is the total dollar value of the fixed-price and indefinite quantity items.
