This work includes provision of necessary labor, transportation, materials, supplies, equipment, and supervision necessary to construct a permanent structure to house the Electro-Optics Center. The building is a two-story steel frame structure with concrete retaining walls on a portion of the lower level concrete floors and foundations. The exterior skin of the building is pre-cast concrete panels and curtain wall glazing. The roof of the building is a modified bitumen on rigid insulation and a steel deck. The building has a special feature with is a ninety feet tall cast in place concrete tower. The tower contains a cable elevator to the observation deck. The project includes, but is not limited to clearing, grading and site preparation for the new building and incidental related work. The building is to include all interior and exterior finishes, all built-in equipment, all plumbing and fixtures mechanical heating and air-conditioning systems, and electrical systems as indicated or specified herein that wll result in a complete and usable facility at the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane, IN. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) for this project is 1541. The related Small Business size standard is 17 million. Completion time is 395 days after award. Estimated value is between $5,000,000-$10,000,000.00. This Acquisition is unrestricted.
