Work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials, equipment, supplies, transportation, supervision, and all else necessary to construct a 2,600 square foot masonry block facility, complete with standing seam metal roof, interior partition walls, electrical, mechanical, fire and communications systems at Nellis AFB NV. The estimated dollar value of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000 with a performance period of 130 calendar days. The applicable SIC for this acquisition is 1542 with a three year average annual small business size standard of $17 million. The proposed contract listed here is being considered for 100 percent set-aside for small disadvantaged business (SDB) concerns. Interested SDB concerns should, as early as possible but not later than 15 days of publication of this notice, indicate interest in the acquisition by providing to the contracting office above written evidence of (1) a positive statement of eligiblity as a small, socially and economically disadvantaged business concern; (2) capability to successfully perform 15% of the work with their own labor forces (include complte references of past performance for similar work that demonstrates the capacity to perform projects of this complexity and magnitude); and (3) bonding and financial capacity. Complete information concerning experience in similar work and financial status should be submitted with references. Evaluation of the responses received will be based solely on the information received by the closing date. If adequate response is not received from sufficient SDB concerns, the solicitation will be issued as unrestricted, without further notice. Therefore, replies to this notice are requested from all business concerns as well as SDB concerns.
