The Cherokee Nation of Oklahoma, Project No. G451-0905, Dry Creek Road begins at a point near the Southwest corner of the NW4 SE4 SE4 of Section 16, Township 14 North, Range 23 East; thence continue northerly through Sections 9, 10, 3 and 2 of Township 14, Range 23 East and Sections 35, 34, 26, 26 and 23 of Township 15 North, Range 23 East, all in Cherokee County, Oklahoma. This project consists of grade, drain, pipe culvert installation constructing a 6'' aggregate base, 4'' thick asphaltic concrete paving, fencing, seeding, signing and striping of 6.146 miles of roadway.
