The Field Command Defense Nuclear Agency has a requirement to conduct high explosive tests on a secured test range. The range shall be within a 125 mile radius of Kirtland Air Force Base, New Mexico and must be a minimum size of 30 square miles with a minimum width of 5 miles and must have an Environmental Assessment in place to include approval to use DIPEL-2X. The contractor shall provide the range, labor, materials, equipment and other associated services to include construction support. Contemplated contract award 30 days after receipt of proposals.
