The work includes providing the service of floating cranes, including operator, deck engineer, and foreman, as follows: Provide a crane with the minimum capability of lifting 99 tons at a 50 foot radius with the main hook with the full 360 degree rotation. The crane shall also have a two-part ''whip line'' rated for 30 tons. Provide a crane with minimum capability of lifting 140 tons at a 40 foot radius with the main hook with the full 360 degree rotation. The crane shall also have a two-part ''whip line'' rated for 25 tons. Provide a crane with minimum capability of lifting 300 tons at a 70 foot radius with the main hook with the full 360 degree rotation. The crane shall also have a two-part ''whip line'' rated for 25 tons. The crane(s) shall have a current annual and quadrennial certification. The Contractor may be required to provide riggers and rigger gear. The proposed procurement will result in the award of a requirements contract with a base term and two option years.
