There will be provisions for: exterior and interior masonry walls, a mezzanine, plumbing fixtures, piping, HVAC systems, electrical wiring, lighting, wash racks, oil/water separator, fencing, paving, and incidental related work. Estimated cost range: $500,000 to $1,000,000. The SIC code is 1541 and the size standard is $17.0 Million. This proposed contract is being considered for 100% set aside for SDB concerns.
