Firm fixed price supply contract for twenty-nine hazardous waste sheds of various sizes. The sheds will be delivered to different locations for the Pennsylvania Army National Guard, Fort Indiantown Gap, Annville, PA. The deliveries will be coordinated with the different locations during an estimted 60 calendar days. The solicitation will be available not less than 15 calendar days after publication of this notice. The Bid Opening Date will be not less than 30 calendar days after availability of the solicitation package. The solicitation is a total small business set-aside, each firm must state they are a small business (less 500 employees). A limited number of solicitation packages are available with only one set of specifications provided. Specifications will be available for inspection at the United States Property and Fiscal Office, Fort Indiantown Gap, Annville, PA. All requests for the solicitations package MUST be in writing and include the firm's Federal Tax Identification Number and their corporate status as defined as one of the following; a) Corporation providing medical and health care, (b) other corporate entity, c) sole proprietorship, d) partnership, e) hospital or extended care facility operating as non-profit.
