66 -- COMPACT REFLECTOR WITH FEED POSITIONER SOL RFO5-16238/069 POC Sandy Shin, Contract Specialist, 301-286-2634 Patrick D. Logan, Contracting Officer. This requirement is for the acquisition of a compact reflector with feed positioner. The compact reflector with feed positioner shall be a Scientific Atlanta Model 5706 or equivalent possessing a frequency of 2-94 GHz; an amplitude taper of 1.0 dB max; a phase taper of 10 degrees max between 2-18 GHz and 20 degrees max between 18-94 GHz; and a cross polarization of -30 dB. This procurement will contain performance evaluations at S-, Ku, and Ka- band; an option to verify the performance at 94 GHz; and an option for extended storage. Offerors will be required to provide as part of their offer measured data in these frequency bands from past procurements of systems identical to that proposed for this effort. Additional requirements are included in the Request for Offer (RFO)5-16238/069 which shall be issued on or about 15 days after publication in the Commerce Business Daily. The offer due date will be established when the RFO is issued. This procurement is being conducted under the NASA/GSFC Midrange Pilot Test Program as a full and open procurement.
