Seeking sources who can provide Medical Records correspondence copying service to release information from the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, New Orleans, La., system of records. Contractor must provide personnel, equipment, supplies, postage and notary service for all billable request. Collection of all fees from requesting third parties would be the sole responsibility of the contractor and must be in line with those charges outlined in the Department of Veterans Affairs Code of Federal Regulations. Services will be performed at the medical center in New Orleans, La. The contractor and its employees will be required to abide by all rules and regulations governing, the Privacy Act of 1974 and all other Confidentiality Statues, 38 U.S.C. Contractor shall have access to VA files and records during normal business hours, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday thru Friday (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and legal holidays).
