Provide all supervision, labor, equipment and supplies necessary to perform all operations for the collection and off-depot disposal of refuse for Defense Distribution Region West, to include Sharpe Facility, Lathrop, CA and Tracy Facility, Tracy, CA. Contract will be a requirement type contract with Base Year commencing 1 Oct 95 and two option years. Sharpe Facility refuse collection includes curbside service for garbage or debris in Family Housing area, approximately 100,000 pounds per year and garbage or debris from other than Family Housing, approximately 2,500,000 pounds per year. Tracy Facility refuse collection is approximately 2,500,000 pounds per year. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered.
