The contractor shall provide preventive maintenance, repair and calibration of the following nuclear medicine equipment at Ireland Army Community Hospital, Fort Knox, Kentucky: GE Starcam 400 Gamma Camera System; Technicare 420 Mobile Gamma Camera System; and Technicare Omega 500 Gamma Camera System. The contractor shall complete routine service calls within five working days, emergency service calls within three working days, and semi-annual preventive maintenance. The basic contract period will be 1 October 1995 through 30 September 1996 with four one-year options by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a bid.
