Negotiations will be conducted with Hughes Aircraft Company, Aerospace and Defense Sector, Radar Systems Group, Los Angeles CA, 90009. Hughes Aircraft Company is the designer, developer and sole manufacturer of the AWG -9 and APG-71 Radar system, and as such, is the only source with the technical expertise and trained personnel that can complete the effort.
