Work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials, equipment, supplies, services and supervision necessary to construct a new 3,000 square feet standard metal building including related electrical and mechanical work. Also included are three Bid Additives - Bid #1 - Provide and install a 25 pair underground communications cable in accordance with drawings and specifications; Bid #2 - Provide and install exterior lights and building exhaust fan with associated electrical work for both items; Bid #3 - Provide and install temporary screen fence t enclose lay down area. The solicitation will be issued as unrestricted but may be considered 100% set-aside for Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) concerns. Interested SDB concerns should as early as possible, but no later than 15 days of this notice, indicate interest in the acquisition by providing to the contracting office evidence of capability to perform, including references andpoints of contact for similar type work (SIC Code) in this dollar magnitude, and a positive statement of eligibility as a socially and economically disadvantaged business concern. If adequate interest is not received from SDB concerns, the solicitation will be issued as unrestricted without further notice.
