Furnish all plant, labor, materials and equipment, and perform all work required for the interior/exterior painting and related repairs of miscellaneous buildings at Fort Monmouth and other Government installations within a 75 mile radius, of Fort Monmouth,'' IAW specifications, and as provided in Delivery Orders. This requirement will be issued as a Term Contract and will require that the offer be made as a percentage, to be applied to the government furnished price list. The percentage shall be applicable to all items of work as expressed in the schedule at Section B of the solicitation. A full explanation of the procedure will be included in the bid package. This requirement will include a base year and options for three additional years. Scope of work includes, but is not limited to, minor repairs of surfaces, such as masonry, sheetrock, wood and concrete, including trim, followed by interior/exterior painting of miscellaneous buildings. Proposed requirement is unrestricted. Site visit, liquidated damages and rates of completion will be specified in IFB DAAB08-95-B-0038, to be issued on/about 28 Jul 95. Estimated range $1,000,000.00 - $5,000,000.00. There will be a charge of $8.00 per bid package to cover Government specifications. Only checks will accepted.
