Work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials, equipment, supplies and supervision necessary to accomplish replacement of damaged curb & gutter and sidewalks. Construct new sidewalks. Construct new curb & gutter of existing roads and parking lots. Provide drainage scuppers. Backfill for proper drainage. Patch damaged pavement along gutter edge. Roto-mill andrepave asphaltic concrete roadways and parking lots. Remove damaged pavement. Remove and replace damaged storm drainage. This project is unrestricted but may be considered for100 percent set-aside for Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) concerns. Interested SDB concerns should, as early as possible but no later than 15 days of this notice, indicate interest in the acquisition by providing to the Contracting Officer evidence of capability to perform and a positive statement of eligibility as a socially and economically disadvantaged business concern. If adequate interest is not received from SDB concerns, the solicitation will be issued as unrestricted without further notice.
