The project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the repair and rehabilitation of existing exterior precast concrete fins and spandrel panels utilizing polymer modified patching compounds and epoxy injection, removal and replacement of existing grout at panel joints with new joint sealant, removal and replacement of existing sealant at joints between precast elements and plaster soffit with new sealant, coating of all existing and repaired exterior precast elements with elastomeric coating, coating of all existing plaster soffits with elastomeric coating, and recoating existing concrete ledge with new fluid applied roofing. The work will be conducted under a single prime contract. The estimated cost range is between $475,000 and $525,000.
