Cabral, Contracting Officer at (401) 841-2442 X279 The Naval Undersea Warfare Center has a requirement for six (6) Mk 562 MOD 3 Common Exercise Head Test Sets, One (1) set of Interface Test Adapters (ITA's)/COMLINK Card; One (1) set of spares in accordance with Initial Outfitting List (IOL). The anticipated contract type is Firm Fixed Price (FFP). The Anticipated delivery schedule is as follows: One (1) Test set and One(1) ITA 100 days after contract award; One (1) test set 130 days after contract award; Two (2) test sets 160 days after contract award; Two (2) test sets and One (1) set of spares in accordance with Initial outfitting list 190 days after contract award. The contract resulting from this solicitation will be awarded based on the offeror submitting the technical proposal providing the greatest value to the government. Technical acceptability will be determined in accordance with the evaluation identified in section L, entitled LX34-Technical Proposal - Complex Item. Technical acceptance will be determined by the following criteria: (1) Technical Approach, (2) Past Performance and (3) Management Approach. Note: All offerors must be acceptable in each of the (3) technical elements identified above. This acquisition is 100% Set-aside for small business.
