GUILLORY, (415)556-6011 Contractor shall prepare a written comprehensive disaster plan for Golden Gate National Recreation Area. The plan shall include all facets of disaster preparation, response, recovery, and mitigation. Phase I shall include emergency response and recovery procedures for the geographical areas of Golden Gate NRA identified as the Presidio of San Francisco, Fort Point, and Fort Mason. Phase II shall include emergency response and recovery procedures for the geographical areas of Golden Gate NRA known as Marin Headlands, Muir Woods, Muir Beach, Stinson Beach, Alcatraz Island, Fort Funston, the Phleger Estate, and other areas as assigned. Phase III, which may be performed separately, or as part of Phase I and II consists of a hazard mitigation plan for all Golden Gate NRA areas. Selection criteria, in descending order of importance are (1) documented evidence of preparation of disaster plans for cities/municipalities comparable or larger in size and complexity to Golden Gate NRA; (2) demonstrated expertise and experience in working with a veriety of public agencies (local, state, federal) of various disciplines in preparation of disaster plans; and (3) knowledge and experience with local area resources involved in disaster planning in the San Francisco Bay Area.
