J -- CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE ALL LABOR, EQUIPMENT, AND MATERIALS NECESSARY FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF PARTS IN HEAT AND TRANSFER MODULES AND AIR HANDLING UNITS SOL DADA15-94-R-0123. DUE 072495. Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment and materials necessary for the replacement of parts and components of government owned Heat Transfer Units (HTU) and Air Handling Units (AHU). Manufacturers of the government owned HTUs are Taco, Powers, and Bell and Gossett. The manufacturer of the government owned AHUs is Powers. The government will determine the part or component of the HTU or AHU that requires replacement, and will issue a Delivery Order to the Contractor for replacement of the part/component, to include installation and testing. Walter Reed Army Medical Center intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price Requirements Contract which shall include a base year and four (4) one (1) year option periods. This is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. Anticipated date of solicitation release is July 24, 1995.
