Contractor to provide pre-release counseling and reading skills services at the Federal Correctional Institution and Federal Prison Camp, Phoenix, Arizona, which is located approximately 15 miles north of Phoenix on I-17. Period of performance is from the date of award through 9/30/96, with four, one-year option periods. Contractor to provide three four-hour sessions per week (Tuesday through Thursday) which is approximately 156 sessions for the base period (estimated award date of 10/1/95) and 156 sessions for each option period.
