This project consists of the construction of three Mini-Mutes sites. Two of these sites are located in northwest Arkansas (Harrison AR, Boone County and Big Flat AR, Stone County). The third site is located in south central Missouri (West Plains MO, Howell County). The work shall include grading and constructing a gravel pad and road at each site. Also included is the requirement for a secondary power feed point and a six foot chain link perimeter fence with an apron of three strands of barbed wire at the top. The specifications do not require the contractor to deliver, use, store, or handle hazardous material at this government activity. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. 1 Job--Deliver to Harrison AR, Big Flat AR, and West Plains MO, F16602 95 B0022. Anticipated issue date is 17 July 1995. Anticipated opening date is 16 August 1995. Performance time will be 45 calendar days for each site. Award will be made to the low bidder for each site and may be awarded as separate contracts. ``This action is being considered for 100% Set-Aside for Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) concerns. Interested SDB concerns should notify this office, in writing, of their intention to bid on the project as a prime contractor as early as possible but not later than 10 July 1995. This notification must include a positive statement of eligibility as a small, socially and economically disadvantaged business concern, evidence of capacity to obtain required bonds, and specific information which demonstrates the capability to perform projects of this complexity and magnitude. Complete information concerning management experience in similar work and financial status should be submitted with references.'' If adequate interest is not received from SDB concerns, this solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis without further notice.
