The contractor shall furnish all materials, labor, equipment, plant, supervision, and related incidentals to replace the HVAC system and repair the HVAC controls in building 90. The work includes furnishing new DDC systems compatible with existing Basewide DDC systems as specified in drawings and specifications. The project magnitude is between $100,000 and $250,000. The solicitation will be issued on or about 20 Jul 1995 and bids will be opened on or about 22 Aug 1995. The proposed contract listed here is being considered for 100% set-aside for small disadvantaged business (SDB) concerns. SDB concerns interested in having the project set-aside should, as early as possible but not later than 15 days of this notice, indicate interest by providing previous project references for similar type work, bonding capacity, and a positive statement of eligibility as small socially and economically disadvantaged business concern. If adequate interest is not received from SDB concerns, the solicitation will be issued as unrestricted without further notice.
