The work entails retrofitting of two courtrooms located on the second floor, specifically bench area, jury box, public area, holding cell area and entrances. Also, the fourth floor requires retrofitting in the entrance area and public area. The estimated cost range for this project is between $100,000 and $250,000 with a contract performance period of approximately 60 calendar days. This procurement is issued pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program and is opened to SMALL business concerns only.
