BORMAN, 913-684-2091 Work includes but is not limited to: furnishing all plant, labor, equipment, and materials to install a new circulating hot/chilled water line in Bldg 52 (Sherman, Sheridan, Wagner, and Grant Halls) removing fin tube heaters from Grant and Sherman Halls and installing fan coil units in Grant and Sherman Halls only. Wagner and Sheridan Halls will have neither fin tube heaters removed nor fan coil units installed under this contract. These buildings are occupied. This will be a firm fixed-price lump sum contract. Performance period is 365 days from the Notice to Proceed. The magnitude of this project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00 This acquisition is unrestricted under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The size standard for a small business concern, including its affiliates, is average annual sales or receipts for the preceding three (3) fiscal years, not to exceed $7.0 million.
