This project consists of removing existing HVAC fan coil units and windows, completely and removing portions of the HVAC piping. Replace with new HVAC piping, fan coil units, and commercial grade, insulated glass, aluminum, thermal break frame windows with an anodized medium bronze finish. The cost of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. This proposed acquisition is being considered for 100% set aside for Small Disadvantaged Business firms (SDB). Interested SDB firms need to submit their interest not later than 5 July 95 and provide evidence of eligibility. If adequate interest is not received from SDB firms, the solicitation will be issued unrestricted; therefore, replies are requested from all business concerns. SDB eligibility evidence to include performance references, previous similar projects completed, and positive statement of eligibility as a socially and economically disadvantaged business concern, along with bonding capability.
