Furnish all plant, labor, material, equipment and supervision for the conversion of a dining facility to a headquarters building. Work includes removing walls, ceilings, duct work, piping, flooring, plumbing fixtures, kitchen equipment and installing floor coverings, ceiling grid and tile, walls, duct work, lights, electrical wiring and painting. Estimated cost is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Projected issue date is 19 Jul 95 with projected opening date of 21 Aug 95. Performance period: 180 days. Award is subject to the availability of funds. This procurement is being set-aside for small disadvantaged business (SDB) concerns. Interested SDB concerns should indicate interest in the acquisition by providing to the contracting officer above evidence of capability and of economically disadvantaged business concern.
