Locus, Jr., Contracting Officer (919) 541-2724 The National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences (NIEHS) requires repairs and alterations on the High Temperature Hot Water System in Building 101. The work under this Contract is required to reduce stresses in the High Temperature Hot Water system installed in the basement of Module B, Building 101, South Campus, NIEHS. The work shall include, but is not limited to, raising the discharge and suction headers for both sets of pumps, adding additional one way supports, modifying the method used to attach the anchors to the building structure, and replacing some of the existing spring hangers. A more detailed statement of all of the work requirements for this Contract can be obtained from CPMB upon request. Completion shall be desirable within 75 days after notice to proceed has been issued. The solicitation and the blueprints are available at no cost. (0181)
