Department of the Treasury, Financial Management Service (FMS) intends to issue a purchase order on a sole source basis, for features to be installed on a Roll Two Up system Model 9306 from Rolls Systems, Inc., 3900 Jermantown Road, Suite 350, Fairfax, VA 22030. The features are: short cut feature Model 500785, Electronic Offset Option (Markless Separation) Model 501027, Auto Speed Control Model 500960, Extended Table Model 501076 and Printright Intelligent Interface Model 501194. These features must be installed on the base system being procured under the GSA Schedule at the point of manufacture. Vendors having the capability to supply the required items shall provide technical capability statements within fifteen days after the date of the synopsis publication.
