Correction to notice published in the May 26, 1995 edition of the Commerce Business Daily as follows: Furnish all labor, materials, tools and equipment and perform all work required to renovate Building 4709 located at Fort George G. Meade, Maryland. Project shall encompass the renovation of guest rooms, including installation of fire doors, upgrades of electrical systems and lighting, installation of sprinklers and fire detection systems, revoation of walls, ceilings and floors, repair of HVAC systems to include wall units in individual rooms and central system for the building. Total contract time shall be 190 days for construction plus 45 days for material acquisition and 30 days for submittals. The contractor shall not be permitted to start work until the submittals have been provided amd approved. The SIC Code is 1522. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business. The dollar magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. This proposed solicitation will be issued O/A June 15, 1995 (TENTATIVE DATE) with a proposed solicitation bid opening O/A July 15, 1995 (TENTATIVE DATE).
