Notice of intent to place a delivery order under the terms and conditions of the GSA Schedule to the Computer Associates' FY95 GSA Schedule GS00K95AGS5514. Delivery order is for the continued monthly license program support, including upgrades, for all licensed software programs under Computer Associates - Total Client Care Program. The software programs are too numerous and varied to be listed herein. However, a complete listing of installed software is maintained in the contracting office and available for review. Contract period is 1 Oct 95 through 30 Sep 96. Software is installed on one IBM Central Processing Units (IBM 3090-600J, Group 40) utilized by the Intelligence Data Handling System which is located at Offutt AFB NE. No contract award will be made on the basis of offers/proposals or other information received in response to this notice, since the synopsis of the intent to place a delivery order against a schedule contract cannot be considered a request for offers/proposals. Submit response in writing within 15 calendar days of this notice that clearly demonstrates capability to meet the deliver info. No responses are anticipated to this notice as software propietary data rights are involved and conversion to another firm's software is cost prohibitive. See Note 22 (15 days in lieu of 45 days).
