In addition to supplying the air filters contractor will be responsible for service; Air filter quality, and length of filter life must be addressed; Particle counting in relation to specific units must be performed at least twice per year to supplement and add to the information our Engineers are currently documenting; Average length to life in hours must be supplied in a report as well as filtration efficiency to address the air quality issues; Design and upgrade work is to be completed with air measurements taken to determine best possible solutions to our air quality problems; Visits to the facility three times during the duration of the contract period. The period of performance will be from October 1, 1995 through September 30, 1996. All requests for the solicitation must be in writing on company letterhead. All responsible sources may submit bids which shall be considered by the agency.
