R -- PUBLIC SERVICE ADVERTISING TO PROMOTE UNITED STATES SAVINGS BONDS DUE 072495 POC Point of Contact, Dino DeConcini, 202-219-4235, Executive Director The Bureau of the Public Debt, Savings Bonds Marketing Office is interested in determining whether companies specializing in advertising, publishing and the entertainment industry would, as a public service, contribute resources to develop concepts and produce Public Service Advertising (PSA) to promote the U.S. Savings Bond program without compensation. In addition to PSA's for television, radio, and print media Public Debt is also interested in the production of an investor education film about savings bonds to be used in training seminars and similar group events for the purpose of promoting the sale of savings bonds. Public Debt would provide the theme and information about savings bonds, and would expect to work with one company to develop appropriate concepts and final products as a pilot project. Public Debt reserves the right to set evaluation parameters and conditions of participation in this pilot project. Responses are due within fifteen calendars days of publication of this announcement.
