The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service invites bids for constructon of new sanitary facilities at the Great Bay National Wildlife Refuge in Newington, New Hampshire (Rockingham County). The project consists of the construction of two handicapped accessible restrooms including excavation, foundation, rough framing, finish carpentry, plumbing including stub within ten feet of the building, electrical, mechanical, painting and site grading. Bid additive #1: furnish and install septic system consisting of septic tank, pump chamber, sewer pipe, force main to tie into the existing force main and leach field. Additive #2: furnish and install 550 l.f. of 2'' PVC water main from existing valve to the proposed sanitary facility. This procurement is open to any business size. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered. Plans and specifications for this project will be available without charge. Issue date will be o/a July 19, 1995.
