Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, and equipment to perform all operations in connection with a multiple project contract located at Vandenberg Air Force Base, California. XUMU 95-1214C, Construct Emergency Power Generator Plant: A. Electrical: Install a propane fueled standby generator to provide backup power to an existing sewage lift station. Install new transformer with pad and all electrical appurtenant equipment. Construct a concrete masonry unit facility with pitched roof designed in accordance with the Vandenberg AFB Facility Excellence Plan. Bldg. to include fire alarm, lighting, telephone and ventilation. Total contract performance period for this project is 180 calendar days. The estimated magnitude of construction cost for the total of all projects is $250,000 to $500,000. Anticipated schedule is to issue an IFB on 22 July 95, open bids 30 Aug 95. Funds are not currently available. If funds become available, award will be as soon as practicable thereafter. If funds are not received by 31 Dec 95, this IFB will be cancelled. Interested firms should respond as early as possible.
