The work includes replacing existing rooftop air handling unit with a new unit utilizing gas heat and direct expansion cooling coil. Providing new supply and return ductwork, replacing the galley make-up air (MUA) system with a new MUL asystem, replacing the exhasut fans on the dishwashing exhaust hood, the cooking area exhaust hood and the grill exhaust hood, providing a new exhaust hood with side and back curtains for the grill, removing interior grease trap and providing a new grease pit outside of the building, pipe new sanitary line to grease pit, removing the fixtures from the bathroom located off of the kitchen, cap pipes, replacing the unit heater in the dry stores room. Demolition of an existing trash shed, patching and repairing walls and floors in dry stores room and kitchen, repairing quarry tile floor due to new work, and other incidental related work at Naval Security Group Activity, Sugar Grove, West Virginia.
