Work for this project is modified as follows: Work for this project will include but is not limited to the construction of a new dining room addition and offices with new A/C system, electrical power and lighting. Replacement of the existing 60 ton chiller unit, chilled water pump, air handling unit and installation of a fire alarm and fire suppression system. A solicitation will be issued in compliance with the Business Opportunity Development Program Act of 1988, establishing a test of unrestricted competition.
