Provide all supervision, plant, labor, materials, equipment and appliances necessary to renovate offices at the U.S. Army Reserve Center located at 254 McClellandtown Road, Uniontown, PA 15401. Work will include, but is not limited to, demolition of existing partitions, installation of new 110 and 220 electrical service, construction of new partitions, installation of metal doors and air conditioners, construction of new, two-story offices, replumbing of existing heaters and miscellaneous finishing work. This procurement is estimated at between $100,000 and $250,000. Period of performance is 120 calendar days. Bid Issuance Date will be O/A 21 Jul 95. This is an unrestricted procurement.
