Renovation work includes installation of floors, walls, ceilings, doors, frames and hardware, painting, plumbing fixtures and piping, mechanical units with duct work, electrical work invloving lighting and devices, and mill work. Bid packages will be issued only to prime contractors. The number of bid packages to be issued will be limited to 40. These will be issued on a first come, first served basis. Specifications and drawings may be obtained only upon written request on the compnay's letterhead. The project is estimated between $250,000 and $500,000. This procurement is unrestricted.
