Furnish all plant, labor, equipment, materials and appliances, necessary to perform all operations in connection with the upgrade of Building P-1943 and construction of an addition to Building P-1943, Fort Drum, New York, in strict accordance with the specifications and drawings and subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. Solicitation is to be issued O/A 20 Aug 95. The principal features consist of (1) Removal of existing masonry partition between office area and battery room. (2) Construct new 4 hour rated masonry block partiton between existing office and new caustic liquid storage area. (3) Replace existing oil-fired heating furnace with new propane fired boiler and hydronic unit haters. (4) Provide new 40' x 80' long un-insulated metal building with reinforced concrete slab, footers, piers, and foundation wall, 4'' high curbing, 3 motorized 12' x 12'' overhead doors and two personnel doors attached to building P-1943.
