The scope of work includes the construction of a new facility approximately 2,570 square foot slab on grade, slump block masonary wall, steel joist, metal roof, and gypsum board on metal studs interior with lay-in ceiling. Building to be complete with relocated sitework, mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems. Include all labor, transportation and equipment for construction in accordance with project number NUEX 92-0729. This contract will be a firm-fixed price contract. The magnitude of this project is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. Bid documents, including plans and specifications will be available on or about 24 Jul 95. The performance period is 120 calendar days. SIC 1799 applies. The proposed aquisition is set-aside 100% for small disadvantaged business (SDB).
