Destination. Delivery without First Article would begin 60 days ADC at
20 each per month. The First Article Test Report by 78 days ADC,
delivery of 20 each to San Joaquin Depot by 170 Days ADC and delivery
of 10 each to San Joaquin Depot by 200 days ADC. This procurement
requires prequalification. All responsible sources may submit a
proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Authority and
justification is FAR 6.302-1, Only One Source or Only a Limited Number
of Responsible Sources. This proposed contract action is for supplies
for which the Government does not have specifications and drawings to
permit full and open competition; however it is restricted to approved
source(s) Coast Aerotech Inc., 15518 Susana Road, Rancho Dominquez, CA
90221; Nardon MFG, 2980 North San Fernando Blvd., Burbank, CA 90032.
100% Small Business set aside. The time required for approval of new
supplies is such that award and delivery cannot be delayed pending
approval of a new source. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval
in order to compete for future solicitations IAW the instruction
contained in Section L of the solicitation. Information on meeting of
