The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) has a requirement for the purchase of Form 1040 preparation and electronic filing software along with technical support services and special overseas communications support. The software will be used at IRS supported Voluntary Income Tax Assistance (VITA) sites, both domestic and International, IRS walk-in offices, and IRS Employee Filing Programs. This requirement is an IDIQ contract, with one base year and (4) four option years. The Government will purchase 1,750 packages during the base year, and 5000 additional packages during the option years. In order to receive an award the offeror must be a certified IRS Electronic Filer. This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside.
