The following additional information is provided: The Enhanced Surface-To-Air-Missile Simulation and the Threat Engagement Analysis Model are the two primary models used by the agencies. Projected deliverables include software and software models, testing results, technical reports, test plans, users manuals, etc. A Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee, requirements type contract is anticipated. The period of performance shall include a basic with four option years. This acquisition will be capped at $15 million, not-to-exceed $3 million annually. Date and time for the pre-proposal conference will be provided in the solicitation. Approximate issue date will be 28 Jul 95 with a response time of approximately 40 days after issuance.
